If you are able to view the sample video clips on the tour page and on the what's new page then you can view all of the video clips in the members area, they are the same format just larger file sizes which take longer to download.
If you have any questions regarding the website, its content, etc., please contact us with any questions you have PRIOR to joining! This is clearly stated in the Website Agreement which you agreed to by entering this website.
It is ideal that you have a high speed connection such as DSL, Cable, T1, etc.
Video Clips from 2001-2003 were recorded in analog format. Clips from 2004-2011 were recorded in DV (Digital Video) format.
Videoclips recorded from 2012 moving forward are being recorded in HD (High Definition) and are available as 1280x720 in the
Windows Media (.wmv) format.
If you have clicked on the
Windows Media (.wmv) link, Windows Media Player will open (unless you have changed your system preferences) and will display a black screen and appear as if nothing is happening. What is in fact happening is the video is downloading in the background and when enough of the file has downloaded playback will begin.
If you have clicked on the
Mpeg4 (.mp4) link a new page/tab will open and you will see the QuickTime logo and it may appear as if nothing is happening. What is in fact happening is the video is downloading in the background and when enough of the file has downloaded playback will begin.
No matter the format chosen, when playback begins the video may "stop and stutter" as it is still downloading in the background. The video files are "progressive" download files, not true "streaming" files.
For best viewing "right click" (see example below) on the link of the video file you wish to view and choose "Save Target As" (Internet Explorer), "Save Link As" (FireFox), etc., and download the file to your local hard drive and then playback from your hard drive for smooth playback. If the
MPEG4 (.mp4) files "stutter" on your computer (when playing back directly from your hard drive) your computer and its hardware may simply be out of date and may need upgrading. If this is the case please view the
Windows Media files instead as they are encoded with a lower bit rate.
Our DVD's are professionally replicated, not duplicated.
Replicated means that the master DVD media is sent to a professional DVD replication facility and a glass master is created and each DVD is pressed or "stamped" from the glass master.
The labels on the DVD are just like a Hollywood title or an XBox disc in full color and will not peel after time like the kind of label used from a label stick on kit. All DVD's are shipped in a white CD sleeve, there is no outer packaging any longer to save you shipping costs and storage space!
Compatibility:
Due to the fact that our DVD's are professionally replicated and not duplicated they will play fine in all DVD Players in the U.S. (Set Top, PC, Portable, etc.).
Our DVD's are not region coded. It is our understanding that many European DVD players will play non region coded NTSC DVD's. If you are in Europe please double check your DVD player compatibility with U.S. non-region coded DVD's. Keep in mind that all sales are final so please double check.
We will NOT issue refunds for European DVD player incompatibility issues. We will only issue replacements of defective or damaged discs of the same title only!
If you have any questions about our DVD's please feel free to contact us PRIOR to ordering.
Orders within the United States are shipped discreetly via first class mail with delivery confirmation. When your order has been shipped an email confirmation (if an email address is provided) will be sent which will contain a delivery confirmation number. When your order has been shipped an email confirmation (if an email address is provided) will be sent which will contain a customs label confirmation number. On international orders we have to list the contents of the package (i.e. 2 DVD's), there is absolutely no indication as to the type of DVD(s) enclosed.
